The Hawden Group has partnered with “For The Child” (http://forthechild.org) as their honorary non profit. Based in Long Beach, CA., For The Child’s mission and vision is centered around education, intervention and prevention of abuse, neglect and violence, with the goal of providing healthier lives for children and families. As part of The Hawden Group’s Giving Back Program, For The Child will receive $5 for every chair Hawden sells for the next 6 months starting July 1, 2015 and ending December 31st.

The Hawden Group Giving Back Program
For 2015, The Hawden Group’s Giving Back Program has raised over $10,500 for local charities through auction items, money, and project donations. Hawden will be delivering a check to Long Beach Rotary Foundation for $480 — donations from 96 chairs sold for Q3 2015. The success of the company’s pilot program for donations exclusively from chair sales has also generated opportunities to partner with other non-profit organizations. Hawden is slated to honor Long Beach Salvation Army for chair sales-related donations starting Q1 2016.
